	On May 21, MSU students, faculty and staff installed a vegetative green roof on a portion of the Plant and Soil Sciences Building. Here, they unroll high-tech environment for the plants to grow while others settle in the sedum turf. The green portion of the roof will be about 3,500 square feet, with the rest left covered with conventional materials.
