YES camps

Kellogg Biological Station in Hickory Corners is hosting four Youth Exploring Science (YES) camps from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 19-23, June 26-30, July 10-14 and July 17-21. Theatre workshop

The Department of Theatre is offering a High School Performing Arts Workshop from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. weekdays June 19-30. The workshop will focus on the process of theatre and will provide students with concrete tools to improve their innate talent in the areas of acting, musical theatre, modern dance and stage combat. Kresge summer school

Kresge Art Museum is holding summer school for fourth through sixth graders from 9 a.m. to noon June 12-16. Children will experience different ways of looking at art through interdisciplinary activities in the museum, followed by studio art sessions in the art classrooms. "Catch the Hatch" program

Cooking demonstration

Healthy U is sponsoring "Summer Cooking Made Easy" demonstration from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. June 6 in the Wimbledon Room, Michigan Athletic Club. Cost is $6.50 per person. To register, call 353-2596.

Golf clinic

Sparrow Rehabilitation Services and MSU are hosting two adaptive golf clinics from 9:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 6 at Akers Golf Course-East. Call 483-2736.

Computer acquisitions

All requisitions for computer equipment with a value of $5,000 or more received prior to 5 p.m. June 16 by the MSU Computer Store will be processed as fiscal 1999-2000 business for the following account numbers: 11-0000Ð11-9999, 61-0000Ð61-9999, 71-0100Ð71-9999 and 91-0000Ð91-9999. Software purchases will not be encumbered and must be received by the department by June 23 in order to be billed for 1999-2000 fiscal year. Call 355-4500, Ext. 147.

Tennis clinic
