Equilibrium workouts

Healthy U is sponsoring free equilibrium workout classes from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. Nov. 7, 14, 21 and 28 and Dec. 5 and 12 in meeting rooms B-C, Breslin Student Events Center. To register, call 353-2596.

Stress management kit

Healthy U has a free stress management kit that includes a CD titled "Relaxing Through the Seasons" and biodots that change color according to stress levels. Call 353-2596.

Main Library exhibits

The Main Library has two exhibits on display. "Spain in the New World: An Exhibit of Texts and Images" is in the Fine Arts display cases on 4-West through Nov. 30.
