Dale Brickner, 73, professor emeritus of labor and industrial
relations, of East Lansing died Oct. 16. Brickner joined the faculty in
1973 and retired in 1997. His wife, Carol, survives.
Norma Jean Guyer, 71, former first lady of MSU, of East Lansing died Oct. 19. Guyer was first lady when her husband, Gordon Guyer, was president from 1992 to 1993. He survives.
