"Gridiron Griddle" serves more than 1,000

Students enjoy a late-night "breakfast" following the Sept. 2 football victory over the University of Oregon Ducks. The "Gridiron Griddle" attracted more than 1,000 students to the MSU Union for live music, Spartan spirit, and pancakes served by such University VIPs as President Peter McPherson, Provost Lou Anna K. Simon and Sparty.
